1 review for DeLonghi Lattissima Touch EN 560B

  1. PAN BO

The coffee machine is very well designed, easy to use and a convenient solution for the removable milk container. All the coffee with foam is made automatically, the machine is quickly ready for use. The white color does not turn yellow with time, great for fans of milk coffees, in the previous one I was irritated by a separate foamer. I have very much appreciated having a capsule coffee machine.

My previous one was also pressurized, but it had a lot less bars, besides, you always had to keep an eye on it, whether too much coffee was poured or not too much milk. I never managed to make the same coffee, often it was either too weak or because I stuffed too much coffee into the portafilter, it couldn’t be brewed. There is no problem here, I throw in the capsule, pour in the milk and choose my favorite coffee, it is always delicious. I recommend pressure makers

Frequently Asked Questions:

How do I properly clean and descale my DeLonghi Latissima Touch EN 560B coffee machine?

To clean and descale your DeLonghi Latissima Touch EN 560B coffee machine, follow these steps:
1. Turn off the machine and remove the drip tray and water tank.
2. Mix a descaling solution according to the manufacturer's instructions (usually 1 part descaler to 4 parts water).
3. Fill the water tank with the descaling solution and replace it in the coffee machine.
4. Turn on the machine and start a full descaling cycle. This may take up to one hour, so be patient.
5. After the cycle is complete, turn off the machine and allow it to cool down for at least 30 minutes.
6. Remove the water tank and pour out the remaining descaling solution.
7. Fill the water tank with clean water and replace it in the machine.
8. Run several full cycles of hot water through the machine to rinse any remaining descaler.
9. Clean the milk frother by filling the milk container with warm water, placing it on the milk frother, and turning it on until steam starts coming out. Then, fill the milk container with cold water, turn on the milk frother, and clean the steaming wand until all bubbles disappear.
10. Clean the drip tray and other removable parts of the machine with warm soapy water. Rinse well and dry completely before reassembling.
Always remember to descale your coffee machine regularly (usually every 3-6 months) to ensure optimal performance and prevent lime scale buildup.

What should I do if my DeLonghi Latissima Touch EN 560B coffee maker is not brewing hot enough coffee?

If your DeLonghi Latissima Touch EN 560B coffee maker is not brewing hot enough coffee, there could be a few reasons for this issue. Here are some things you can try to resolve the problem:
1. Check the water temperature: Make sure that the water tank is filled with fresh and cold water. If the water in the tank is already warm or hot, it might affect the brewing temperature.
2. Clean the coffee maker: Over time, mineral buildup inside the machine can cause a decrease in brewing temperature. Clean your coffee maker regularly to remove any buildup.
3. Adjust the temperature settings: Some DeLonghi Latissima Touch EN 560B coffee makers allow you to adjust the temperature settings. Check your user manual for instructions on how to do this.
4. Replace the thermal carafe: If your coffee maker uses a thermal carafe, it's possible that the carafe is not retaining heat as well as it should. Consider replacing it with a new one.
5. Contact customer support: If none of the above solutions work, contact DeLonghi customer support for further assistance. They may be able to provide you with specific troubleshooting steps based on your coffee maker model and issue.

How do I properly clean and descale the DeLonghi Lattissima Touch EN 560B coffee machine?

To ensure optimal performance and extend the lifespan of your DeLonghi Lattissima Touch EN 560B coffee machine, regular cleaning and descaling are necessary. Here's how to do it properly:

Cleaning:
1. Fill the milk tank with cold water and add a drop of dish soap or detergent. Run a milk cycle without placing any pod in the machine. Rinse the milk tank with water and repeat the process until no soap residue is left. Fill the milk tank with hot water and run another milk cycle. Empty the milk tank afterward. Descale:
1. Remove the coffee pod holder and rinse it under running water to remove any leftover grounds or debris. Fill the water tank with equal parts of white vinegar and water. Run a full descaling cycle by pressing the "Coffee" button twice and holding down the "Espresso" button. The machine will display "DESCALE". Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process. Once the machine is finished, rinse the water tank with cold water two or three times until the vinegar smell has disappeared. Run a few more milk cycles and rinses to remove any remaining vinegar taste. Note: Descaling should be done every 2-3 months depending on the hardness of your water supply. Overdue descaling can lead to poor performance, decreased coffee quality or even damage to the machine's internal components.
