If you want to prepare good moka pot caffe this is a short recepe:
    – Bring kettle water to a boil and remove from heat. The temperature of the moka pot should be kept from getting too hot.
    – Grind your coffee on a drip coffee setting, about as fine as table salt. You need enough coffee to fill the filter basket.
    – Add the heated water and fill to the line in the bottom of the brewer.
    – Insert the filter basket into the brewer bottom.
    – Fill the basket with coffee, slightly mounded, and level the surface off with your finger. Brush away loose grounds on the top edge of the filter basket.
    – Screw the top and bottom together. Use hot pads and don’t over tighten.
    – Put the brewer on the stove, use moderate heat and make sure that the handle is not subjected to heat. Leave the top lid open.
    – The coffee will begin to come out and you will see a rich-brown stream that will get progressively lighter in color. When the stream is yellow like honey, remove from heat source and close the lid.
    – Run the bottom of the pot under cold tap water to stop extraction. The idea here is to get a relatively small amount of coffee which is very concentrated.
    – When coffee stops bubbling out, pour it into cups or a carafe.
    You can enjoy delicious coffee!

I was really excited to buy the Monix Vitro Noir 12 Cup Moka pot in May and was looking forward to brewing some delicious coffee at home. However, after using it for a few weeks, I have to say that I am extremely disappointed with my purchase.

The first thing that bothered me about the Monix Vitro Noir 12 Cup is its durability. The aluminium material is extremely flimsy and cheap, which is disappointing, considering it’s quite expensive. I have to be extremely careful while handling it, or it might just break into pieces. It’s also not very practical to use daily as it’s too fragile.

Moreover, the Aluminium colour is not to my liking. It’s a dull aluminum colour, and it looks like it was made from cheap metal. It feels like the company did not put much effort or attention to detail into the design of this product.

I was even more disappointed with the performance of the Monix Vitro Noir 12 Cup. The coffee produced was mediocre. It taste like something that was stuck to the bottom of a pot. It is not something I look forward to drinking every morning.

In comparison, the Bialetti Moka Express is a much better alternative. The Bialetti Moka Express has a classic design, is sturdier, and produces delicious coffee. It’s a bit more expensive, but it’s definitely worth the investment, considering the coffee quality and longevity.

Overall, I regret buying the Monix Vitro Noir 12 Cup Moka pot. It’s not worth the money, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a durable and quality Moka pot.

Plus, the delivery of the product was a hassle too. It took longer than expected to arrive in Oregon, and I had to pay a high delivery fee. It ended up being a waste of time and money.
